Title IV With severe funding cuts to the State's schools, D.A.D. is now requesting direct support from private citizens and foundations. To date, schools have paid for D.A.D. programs with their Department of Education Title IV which may be eliminated.  We must continue to help our State's children make healthy and safe decisions.  Donations
